Black Woman Where Is Your Honor?
She has babies out of wedlock on a regular basis, and her baby’s daddy seldom marries her. She is so confused until the point, that she cannot recognize a decent man when she meets one. She has been constantly deceived by the agents of political socialization, into believing that she is so much stronger than other women. However, over the past five years, the systematic research has shown that 72% of black children, born in the inner city areas across the U.S., are born without a father present. Black woman, where is your honor? You are the only woman who I know, that has been conditioned by the agents of political socialization, to constantly find fault with your man, and you are always looking for ways to try and put him down. You are the most demanding woman on planet earth but yet, you have the least to offer. You always are walking around saying that you want a good black man, but when one happens to come your way, you do all you can, in order to destroy him. Black woman, where is your honor? The only time that you appear to be happy, is when you are involved with some thug, who most of the time, is not even working. Most of your children are by lazy and irresponsible men, who cannot do something as simple as, holding down a job. I know this is true, because I have often both seen and heard you in grocery stores, cursing your kids out, while at the same time, having some thug with his pants on his butt, putting whatever he wants in your grocery basket. Black woman where is your honor? The majority of the time, you have a very bad attitude, and it does not matter, whether you are educated or uneducated, or a Christian or non Christian. Also, you have ambivalent feelings toward the black man, parts of you love him and parts of you hate him. Black woman where is your honor? Have you ever wondered why responsible black men who have jobs or careers, are crossing the color line? It is because they are not going to put up with your mess. You claim that you are a strong black woman. Well then, that is great, be strong by yourself. Whenever you are around white folks, when you see a black man coming, you go all out of your way not to speak to or recognize him, unless of course, if you want something. Black woman where is your honor? However, there are a few black women who do have honor. They are black women, who do all they can, to see a black man prosper. They are black women, who do not only see black men as ATM machines, or just a tool to be manipulated. They are black women, who do not put up with lazy men, who do not want to work. They are black women, who do not have a bad attitude. They are black women, who are doers of the word of God, and not just hearers. They are black women who do not skin and grin with white boys on their jobs, in order that they might get a promotion, because they realize that Jesus Christ is their true promoter. They are black women who hold their baby’s daddy accountable. They are black women, who are truly women of honor. Which black woman are you?
